Everything starts with the submission of our online Franchise Application. This simple form takes only a couple of minutes and starts the conversation.
We'll set up an introductory video call, request a candidate profile and get to know who you are and why this opportunity is the right fit.
An in-depth meeting where we'll present and discuss every aspect of the Supreme Pizza business and the franchise opportunity.
You'll receive a formal Franchise Disclosure Document and a copy of the Franchise Agreement. We'll review the documents together and schedule time to chat about the details.
If you're ready to move forward, you'll spend a couple of days in one of our restaurants — getting an authentic understanding of the day-to-day operations.
You'll have made your way through our entire screening process and completed your review and assessment of the opportunity. It's time to sign the Franchise Agreement and pay the initial Franchise Fee.
Our real estate team is constantly on the lookout for great locations for new Supreme Pizza restaurants. We'll work with you to identify and lease the right location.
Once a lease has been signed, planning, design and permitting typically takes 90-120 days. Construction itself typically takes 90 days to complete the build-out and get the restaurant ready for opening.
With construction underway, you'll go through our in-depth franchisee training program — typically 4 weeks of in-store operational training as well as managerial training. You'll also complete extensive pre-opening tasks under our supervision.
It's time to open the doors. A member of our Operations team will spend approximately 3 weeks onsite (including before and after opening) to help get your restaurant up and running.

The most significant factor impacting the time to open is real estate. Once a lease has been signed for your franchise, it typically takes 7-10 months to get the restaurant open for business. If the space is available for possession in the near-term, your projected opening date will be approximately 90 days after the space is handed over for construction & development.
While we are restricted by law from providing projections that are specific to your franchise location, our Franchise Disclosure Document will give you an outline of sales and operating expenses for existing Supreme Pizza locations.
Our team of design and construction professionals will oversee the planning, design and construction of your restaurant. We have a specific design criteria and equipment package for Supreme Pizza locations along with the necessary experience to execute your build-out on time and on budget.
Yes — we offer single-unit and multi-unit franchise opportunities to qualified candidates.
Yes. We require the Managing Owner / Partner to have a reasonable level of ownership, management or supervisory experience in the restaurant business.
We do not offer financing to franchisees directly. However, we can definitely assist you in this area and put you in touch with organizations that can help with your financing — including programs like the Canadian Small Business Financing Program.
